Friendly and knowledgeable staff, both vets Caroline and Hannah always understand our cat Buffy’s needs and always advise us on the options available to us for our 21 year old cat. Reception with Marie is always a chat first and it helps having a friendly face at “front of house”. Nursing team always on hand to hand out advice on medication and how to administer. Overall a pleasure experience in what could be a stressful situation when you have an elderly animal, but they make it all so normal and we appreciate that
