We can never thank Alex and the team at HeartVets enough. Our golden retriever was referred to HeartVets after detecting some arrhythmia during his routine vaccination appointment around a year ago. From the first appointment Alex and the team that dealt with Jasper were welcoming, supportive and informative. As Jasper had no clinical symptoms this came as a huge shock to us but Alex and the team were so lovely. Jasper’s heart rhythm is much more stable now and his recent holter results were fantastic. Alex has always given us clear options with regards to treatment options discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each medication so we can make the most informed decision. She always calls us promptly with Jasper’s results which we so appreciate. We really can’t thank you enough Alex and all the team, you do such a wonderful job, 5 stars isn’t enough!
Read on Google →In the 4 years that Scooby has been under the care of Heart Vets, they have always been thorough and very caring always on the end of the phone for advice particularly in recent weeks. Their reports are extremely thorough and have been tremendously helpful ensuring Scooby always had the right treatment at the right time giving him quality of life right through. Very highly recommend thank you Heart Vets
Read on Google →Couldn’t recommend heart vets more!! Such lovely lovely people. After an out of hours vet trip we were referred to heart vets for the next morning. Anna was amazing with my Beau and was careful what she done as he was so anxious. Everything was explained in SO much detail which was really nice. After 4 months on medication we were actually booked to see Anna for a review and he sadly passed the morning of our appointment. The team at heart vets are so lovely they even sent a condolence card for our loss. So lovely to receive especially when we’d only taken Beau 1 time💞
Read on Google →My cat was referred and was seen for a scan and consultation within a fortnight. The team are quick, professional and excellent at making sure you get all the information you need. When we arrived it was obvious that the staff are experts and really put me and my cat at ease. Exceptional care and a fast and clear report. I couldn't praise them more - what incredible service!
Read on Google →I have the utmost professional respect for Heart Vets. Dave Dickinson is our veterinary cardiologist in South Wales, and is always eager to teach cardiology to our GPs - by allowing us to shadow his scans, or doing CPD evenings - both informal and lecture based. The efficiency of the Heart Vets team in contacting owners and sending referral reports is impressive. I would certainly recommend them to any other vets!
