The team here are incredible! I had issues with working around drop off/pickup but they were so understanding and helpful. The receptionist who I think is named Kim(apologies if wrong) was amazing, poor girl I called so many times stressing out🤣 regardless she was so lovely and really made it an easier process. She answered all my questions and talked me through it and helped me calm down because I was so stressed about his surgery and that I myself couldn’t take him/pick him up. The surgery itself went really well, when I got to him he was super relaxed but awake and alert. Katie/Kate was great as well, answered all my questions and explained again to me what I need to do for his care. He has been eating/drinking and using his litter tray. He has been pretty much his normal self and he only had his op yesterday. He’s been super relaxed and more cuddly than usual which I’m gonna take as a bonus🤣. Thank you to everyone here!!

Lovely little vets, always kind and helpful. Of course, it'd be great if they were open every day, but it is what it is. Pet plan is very helpful, and my Oreo isn't nervous going there at all which is brilliant.

Excellent, can't fault it. It'd been a very long time since we had been here, my dog is nearly 10yrs and hasn't needed the vets for about the last 8yrs. Social distancing is in place still currently, so one customer inside by appointment only at any one time. The staff were very professional and welcoming, and made a huge fuss about my girl Roma with biscuits and petting, she loved that, made her relax immediately. The vet was excellent, offered the cheapest approach to the problem first before needing to opt for surgery. Also no products or food brands were pushed for sale, as can be the case in other practices, so very thankful for that too. Overall a very positive experience where I'm sure my girl would be happy to revisit if required. Keep up the good work 👍
