  My dog was transferred here after developing a very high temperature. The previous vets had done a scan and found something odd in her tummy. As soon as we arrived here and spoke to the vet I felt instantly better. The care was amazing, the staff were brilliant, and we had two phonecalls a day to keep us updated. My dog spent 4 nights in their care, she was diagnosed and put on the appropriate medication. I can't that them enough. A truly amazing place and I would hesitate to take my dog back if I ever need to.

  Our dachshund suddenly had IVDD, inexperienced in any trips to the vets. We were greeted with a warm, friendly and knowledgeable vet who explained everything to us. I felt that all vets and staff we have been in contact with have been polite, kind and caring. Our dog; Lennon was treated like royalty. Whilst I hope no other dog requires such service, it is inevitable and I highly recommend this veterinary specialist.

  Excellent care, really nice environment very friendly and professional staff , from the off we had confidence with decisions regarding treatment and surgery needed . The friendliness of all staff was very welcoming. Oncology team were very helpful with decisions we needed to make regarding our little sausage dogs treatment plan. Having expertise along with delivering the best care and understanding was an enormous help and we felt from the moment we met, listened to options we had in the best interest of our dog left us no doubt we were with the right team and centre for her surgery. We were fully informed all the way with oncology surgeons and after care. Our little dog was most definitely in the best hands Thank you to each and everyone of you, such a wonderful team and that was clear the minute you we walked into the reception and the staff were delightful and friendly. 5 stars all round from us …. Huge thank you all round Dottie is recovering well at home, taking meds and ice pack treatments like the trumpet she is. Being given great after care instructions !

  My experience at Northwest Veterinary centre was amazing from there time it took to acknowledge my referral to the way they handled my much loved dogs case. They couldn't have been more helpful and empathetic. At such a stressful time they made a huge difference. I can't thank them enough. Ill be forever grateful
