  I want to express my gratitude to the lovely staff at Longstanton Village Vets for the exceptional care and attention they provided to my dog and me. They were efficient, helpful, and empathetic throughout the entire process. I was able to get an appointment right away, which was incredibly reassuring given my concerns for my pet.   We couldn’t be happier with the care our cockerpoo Max received at Village Vet. He had a lump removed from his ear along with a teeth scale and polish. The initial quote covered the worst-case scenario, which worried us, but the team were incredibly understanding and reassured us they would call before any extractions were carried out so we stayed in control of costs and decisions. In the end, no teeth needed removing and the operation was a complete success. Max was looked after brilliantly throughout and all the staff were friendly, caring, and professional. Special thanks to our friend Elizabeth for introducing us to the practice, giving calm advice all the way, and for being someone Max absolutely loves. Fantastic care from genuinely caring people.

  Great great great veterinary practitioners here, Heather was amazing with the new addition to my household 'Dotty' She totally put Dotty at ease while having here 3rd Vaccination 💉 If you have a pet, and they become unwell, there isn't a better place to take them, in my opinion 😊⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️
