    Receptionist was helpful and got an appointment quickly. Fleetwood is a very fluffy cat - hates cars, his cat box and the vets - off to a flying start!! We saw Martha. She was perfect for Fleetwood, talked to him, was gentle with him and manged to get all his matted fur out that I couldn't. Will definitely ask for Martha again 🐱

    WARNING TOXIC MEMBER OF STAFF - checking on your friend and her cat as you were their lift to the vets as they had no one else. Walking in to hear - "if you can't pay we will euthnaise the cat", while my friend is processing the cats pain and several kittens not surviving the emergency visit. Shocking behaviour - made difficult situation 10x worse. I feel for anyone who deals with this member of staff.
