  Have had nothing but great service here, always happy to answer questions and explain everything. Our cat is very feisty and touch aggressive, staff have always treated her gently and never complained when she has lashed out. There pricing is great and very reasonable compared to some other vets in the area , there love of animals really shows :) I wouldn't trust any other vets with are precious little girl

  Whilst playing in the garden yesterday afternoon, my 9 month kitten caught and ate a bumble bee. I called and was able to get an immediate appointment at 3:30pm even though it was Saturday and they were closing at 4pm (I was also made aware of the weekend consult charge so there would be no surprises). The vet with the help of a nurse managed to take the stinger out of his tongue, and he was given injections and medication to take home. They were both so caring and gentle. I am so grateful they managed to help and so quickly. Both my cats are on the pet plan here and are very well looked after. THANK YOU.

  Niot impressed changing medication no advance warning caused my dog be very stressed for cheaper option not suitable. Manager no empathy not helpful to satisfy complaint.

  I am very pleased to have registered with AAS Vets and have visited both the Hucclecote and Abbeydale surgeries with my dog. We have always been treated sensitively and with care by friendly, committed staff. The environment is clean with separate areas for cats and dogs, if needed. The availability of the emergency service has also been reassuring, with advice on offer over the phone as well as emergency after hours appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending.
