  A very warm welcome for Mabel’s first visit. She was treated like a princess by the lovely staff, and never flinched when she was vaccinated. A very positive visit!😊

  What should have been a 10-15 min appmt took nearly an hour. Vet was 20 min late in seeing me even though the receptionist reminded her I was waiting. It then took over 10 mins for them to give me medication I originally had requested by fone. I don't feel confident now that they're putting my pet's health before profit. It's a shame as I've been with them for over 16 years with 4 different pets.
