My 11 year old Rotty visited for her health check. Very knowledgeable Vet, no rush, listened to everything I said and gave very good advice. I have used a lot of vets in my first 10 years of Dog ownership but once l used House and Jackson l have not had the need to go anywhere else. So the in last 25 years l have been very satisfied with the service and advice l have received.

i had an emergency with my dog on sunday. Although registered with House & Jackson they wanted to charge me £200 fee to bring my dog and then pay consultation fee etc on top. This is at least double the amount other vets charge. i ended up in Chelmer Village pet store where i paid £100 for one time registration fee and £86 for vet consultation and medicine. Very friendly and concerned on the phone and in the clinic.Other local vets charge around £100 for Sunday so why is our pet friendly H&R charging so much and very short on the phone too with no interest in my problem.

1st thing 1st I cant remember any names from today but all of you was so kind and loving and just want to say thank you!! So sadly my vet I went to before I got my 2nd opinion with H&J failed my beautiful chihuahua and am so glad I picked H&J they got me a appointment for her as soon as they could I rang them at half 9am and got a appointment at 10.45am and when I got there they knew who I was and why I was there before could even speak to anyone to say am here! They told me what was actually wrong with my dog and give me the right medication and we are now on the right path now and they are seeing us again in 48 hours my other vets wanted me to walk 2 weeks!! The stuff was lovely and great with my pet and they knew to stop when she got too stressed and handled her with care and the 2 receptionists saw that Nala was leaking blood out of her abscess and run round for us getting her stuff to leave her up with and give me some more advice for her and was so helpful! Am very happy and well behaved going there from now on!

Mixed. Not bad. Has what you need when you need it. Best place to get Exholt for chickens. As long as you know what your chickens need come here and you’ll be able to access the appropriate medications. Had to find any vet that can help with chickens unfortunately general so these guys were ok.

Better than most in the area but there’s always a different vet so no consistency. However, they were kind & took care of my cats who sadly passed.
