Practice Manager I can't thank both Ailsa and Mia enough for their outstanding care shown to us over these past 6 weeks. We came to Spring Lodge for a second opinion having just been told our beloved cavachon was unlikely to last the next few days. Thankfully Veterinary surgeon Ailsa took over his care. We were blessed to see an immediate difference and have a further wonderful 6 weeks of quality time with him visiting all his favourite haunts. Sadly at the end of last week it became evident that it was now time to say goodbye. We, as a family, can't thank and recommend this practice more. Both Ailsa and Mia 's care for our Jack during his final moments was second to none. At such an emotional and painful time, their compassion, patience, and professionalism meant more to us than we could ever put in words. They treated our dog with dignity and kindness, and supported us with genuine empathy throughout the entire process. We will be eternally grateful for the gentle, sensitive and respectful way they helped our beautiful Jack pass peacefully, making an unbearable moment just a little easier. Jack passed in the best hands possible, and we will always be so grateful. Please pass on our thanks ❤️ The Murphy Family

Izabella at Spring Lodge Ingatestone, was extremely calm, gentle and caring towards our dog Luna. We went for a 2nd opinion and she had read the notes in detail and listened very carefully to our concerns. She carried out a thorough examination, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all our options very clearly. She was patient and kind and extremely reassuring. Our experience at our previous vets had left us feeling pressured, stressed and unsupported. Spring Lodge were a breath of fresh air, we feel reassured that Luna will have extremely compassionate care at Spring Lodge and we feel supported. I wish I had come to Spring Lodge earlier - thoroughly recommended.
