  I was recommended Rachel services so it made me feel better that I was using someone who had a bit of caring & compasion, unfortunately my little dog Honey had already died & I required the services of cremation I delivered my fur baby to Rachel’s house & was told it would take a week to receive her ash’s. We were so distraught & lost without our girl so we decided to go away for a few days I contacted Rachel & gave her our friends number so Honey could be collected. When we arrived home our girl was waiting for us & my heart ached to think we would never see her again, on closer inspection I looked at her cremation certificate & her name was spelt wrong & also on the sympathy card that was sent bad enough losing your fur baby but I felt this was not very professional. I contacted Rachel & she said it was probably predictive txt that changed it she’s running a business & that is surely part of the service to make sure you have the right information I requested a new certificate she said she would chase it up 4 days later I hadn’t heard from her so messaged her to ask if she had got the new certificate the reply I got was it’s in the post……… This is not the response I expected she is supposed to be professional & running a business bad enough the heart ache your feeling after losing a pet I expected a better service than this.

  Rachel has been coming to vaccinate and check on our cats and rabbits for quite a few years now. She's great with them all and has always been kind, non-judgemental, professional and helpful, answering all questions and giving advice or signposting to different places. She's also great with all animals, definitely in the right job!

  What can I say ,she was absolutely amazing with my boy it was his final journey and he was treated with respect,kindness and most of all care .we were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes.when we picked his ashes up it came with a beautiful card and a small teddy candle which I thought was beautiful.i will never use another vet again home vet every time.5 stars all the way

  Having a much loved pet put to sleep is an incredibly difficult decision to make, Rachel was not only kind & gentle with Barney but also compassionate & caring with us. She made his last moments painless & peaceful, whilst easing any misgivings we had. All in all it was as stress-free as it possibly could be.   Beginning of July I had to make the decision all pet owners dread of having to put my faithful friend to sleep . I was lucky to find out that Rachel could come to my home to do this . She was lovely. Explained everything to me and my beautiful Crystal passed peacefully away . Grateful thanks for helping both of us find a peaceful parting .
