Very pleased with this practice over the past 5 years. The staff are always welcoming and have been caring both towards our senior cat and us. We were given an honest and balanced set of treatment options. Sadly Rigby didn't respond to his medication as we'd hoped, and we felt the kindest thing was to have him euthanised. The reception team and vet Eleri were really kind and respectful, making a very difficult day that bit easier.
Read on Google →Took my cavalier Truffle as she had a tick which we were unable to remove fully. The whole experience was great. From the ease of making the appointment to the vet Eleri being so friendly and professional with Truffle and also kindly fitting in her vaccinations she was due all into the appointment. I am so pleased we have this vet near us.
Read on Google →well where do I begin???? The actual vets are nice enough to but the receptionists are something else. after failing to find my pet on their system (even though we've been there a few times) she suggested adding him to their system again! which meant loosing all of his medical history. after being on the phone for 15mins as she is going around circles chasing her own tail I decided not to waste any more time talking to unprofessional staff on the phone and go in with a bunch of emails and texts to prove that in fact we were registered there, once found on the system she failed to offer me a simple apology and instead decided to make up stories as to why they struggled, answer being sometimes it is hard to find pets on our own database!!!! I then explained to them how their staff didn't take professional curtesy but wasn't well received. all in all I found both receptionist rude and very unkind, even though I was told by the older lady that they are kind people and had a moral listen on how I should complain!!!!!! i have now registered elsewhere in a vet where they can find me in no time on their database!
Read on Google →Staff at reception are absolutely lovely. The vets are really good with animals. Sadly I lost my fur baby bailey Sunday 3rd she had just had blood test results and told pick up antibiotics Monday but Sunday morning she was gone. I don't know what happened. But I'd still recommend this place. Can't blame them for the hurt I feel the loss the not knowing what happened sadly missed always loved run free over the rainbow bridge RIP BAILEY PADFIELD X I've recently heard some bad things if true think twice if you really love your fur babies. I have no evidence so I'll leave it there.
Read on Google →Quite simply a fantastic service over the years. Dealt sensitively and honestly with every health problem our Welsh collie Archie had. Nothing was too much trouble. Even at the end vet Joe was lovely. Can't recommend them enough
