Heartwood Vets is an independent small animal veterinary practice located in Winchester, Hampshire. Dr Lucy and her amazing team go above and beyond to ensure your beloved pet receives the best treatment and care, just as they have done for our girl, Freya. Before leaving our previous practice, we were given a guided tour of the facilities, and this practice is exactly what we were looking for in an independent vet.   Dr Lucy is an amazing vet! After struggling for 18mths at our previous practice with our poorly GSD we were able to join with Lucy. She took one look and ordered an immediate biopsy, within in a week we finally had a diagnosis of Lupus and treatment started. Such a huge relief! These guys are proper old school vets, where animal care comes first and foremost. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with our dogs care. Simply amazing and cannot recommend highly enough! If you love your pets then this is the practice for you 🥰

  Had an excellent experience with Lucy and her team. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly when my cat had dental/consuming plastics issues! The practice is very modern, with all the gadgets. Would highly recommend to anyone.
