We have recently moved to the area and sadly had to say goodbye to our old vet due to the distance. However, i would like to commend Howarden Park Veterinary Centre, which we have just joined they made us feel very welcome. Their expertise, friendliness, professionalism and caring has been very much appreciated. Thank you all staff, vet and receptionist from myself and my dog for the great service.

I booked an appointment there for our two dogs, but needed to cancel I emailed them to see if I could change the time! And I've had no email or call back!! Which is bad customer service in my eyes!! So I doubt I'll be joining with them now!!

    • I took my kitten here today and the vet was so lovely and reassuring. My kitten is very timid but the vet was brilliant with her. The receptionist was also really friendly.

We took our Cocker Spanial, Tigs, this week for the 1st time. What a lovely experience, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the vet was very thorough and gentle with Tigs. Thankfully our concerns for Tigs were unfounded. Thank you Hawarden Park.
