Can’t recommend this practice enough! We had a medical emergency with our cat Bella last week and the service which we received was exceptional. We saw three different vets over three consecutive days and they were all kind, friendly and professional. Same goes for the reception staff too. We can’t thank you enough. Our previous visits have been for vaccinations and more routine appointments, so we had a real glimpse into the other side and they were all brilliant. Thank you.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Our doggo is very reactive to other dogs and coming here is a breeze, phone when parked up and have somebody come out to meet us and bring us inside after they've cleared reception as much as possible. Vets are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, we think our dog secretly likes being here once she's behind a closed door with treats and fuss!

Today I visited Vets4Pets in Chester after finding a small pigeon struggling and drowning in the canal. I managed to rescue it, warm it up and brought it to the clinic hoping someone could help. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind and compassionate. She immediately took the bird in so it could receive treatment and made me feel that I had come to the right place. Her attitude and care meant a lot. As someone who deeply loves nature and all of God’s creatures, I am truly grateful for people like the team at Vets4Pets. Their willingness to help even a small wild bird shows real kindness and humanity. Thank you for the care, compassion and professionalism you showed today. It means a lot to know there are people who care for animals in this way.

Everyone at the surgery was really helpful and kind, agreeing to examine Frank right at the end of the day, when the vet he was registered with wouldn't. Sian was extremely thorough and sensible, giving him a pain-killing injection and reassuring us. By the next day he was improving so I could just collect Metacam to give him at home. I can't recommend Vets for Pets too highly.

I cannot recommend Vets for Pets highly enough. They have taken incredible care of all my cats, especially my cat Suzie, who was diagnosed with pyometra. The team acted so quickly, getting her in the very same day for emergency surgery, and supported us every step of the way. They kept us fully informed throughout and made an incredibly worrying time feel so much more manageable. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else.
