  Extremely polite staff, faith always remembers my dogs names and the veterinarians are always extremely attentive and understanding, got my dogs neutered there and the staff were extremely helpful with all aftercare and any questions I had.

  Their love for the animals they help. Picked up our dogs prescription which was ready and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Really nice people. Our dog is doing really amazing after dental surgery by the awesome vets and support team.

  Very helpful people. The receptionist was welcoming and the Vet was very good. Helpful, brilliant manner with my mycat overall very good. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10.

  Brilliant, caring staff! My beautiful cat, Elsie who was 19yrs old, unfortunately had a tumour and had to be put to sleep, the staff were wonderful, gentle and so kind at such a traumatic time for me, they even sent a lovely card saying how sorry they were and sent their condolences, which was so thoughtful and kind of them! I would go again with any animal that needed help!💕 10/10

  I have just moved to Daleside Vets from another vets. Louise came to give my Bernese Mountain Dog his booster vaccine yesterday as he will not go in the car. She was so lovely with both him and my cockerpoo who are both very nervy. Louise had patience and made the dogs feel at ease. I am so glad I chose Daleside Vets Shotton and would definitely recommend them.
