My brother's cat had to be put to sleep today and the vet wasn't very professional about it the poor cat's vain burst where they were manhandling her ! There was blood everywhere then they took her off came back then ended up injecting the cat in her belly! Very traumatic for the cat and my brother! All this vet cares about is money! Not your animals!

Absolutely lovely, caring, accommodating, cat-friendly staff that really care about their fuzzy patients. I brought one of my cats to this branch for the first time this afternoon, and unfortunately she became incredibly stressed when we arrived and seemed to be having a panic attack. They immediately recognised that she was distressed, and whisked us into a quiet exam room and out of the waiting area. After her examination and diagnosis, the vet made sure we had as much time as we needed to sit in the room quietly by ourselves and calm (her) down before the journey home. The vet brought her a bowl of water in case she was thirsty, and turned up the air conditioner to help cool her off. Was really impressed by how much everyone cared about her and went above and beyond to make sure she was OK and as comfortable as possible. Five stars! I’d give them six if I could!

Great service and may be the first vet my grumpy old lady actually likes. They got us in asap when we needed help even though we weren't registered with them until that day. Great help over the phone, by email and in person amazing customer service.

An excellent vets we have used for over a year now. The staff and nurses are exceptionally polite and helpful and really care about the animals, and all very knowledgeable. The vets are brilliant and provide excellent care with good advice for owners. Parking is good at the front and rear of the building.
