  I can’t thank the team at Happy Tails Vets enough for the incredible care they gave my puppy Danny during his recent eye surgery. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. The wonderful Jaimen was so reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. All the nurses were absolutely fantastic—kind, gentle, and clearly so passionate about what they do. Definitely not forgetting the reception team were incredibly warm and supportive, making the whole experience so much easier. The personal touches meant the world — they even put a little collar on Danny’s favourite toy pig to match his own, which was just the sweetest gesture. And the WhatsApp updates throughout the day were so comforting; being able to see how he was doing while I couldn’t be there really helped, especially as he’s only 10 months old and it was so hard to leave him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Happy Tails — you treated Danny like your own, and I’ll be forever grateful. 🐶💛

  I highly recommend this lovely vets practice. I wanted an independent vets as my previous vets had been bought out by a company where you never saw the same vet twice. I did my research and I wasn't disappointed in choosing Happy Tails. I can't express enough, the kindness, caring and understanding of everyone involved in this vets practice, from the receptionist, nurses, and the vet owner. Your pets will be in the very best hands.   Fantastic service from every member of the Happy Tails team. I had to make several visits recently after my cat had an accident, every time the reception team, vet assistants and vets were all amazing. They were helpful, kind and did a wonderful job making my little, slightly uncooperative, girl better. Thank you Happy Tails.

  Happy tails are absolutely brilliant! I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with our Penny. Our pup had a growth surgically removed from her stomach in December and the care and attention she received from the vets and nurses namely Jaimin, Amy and Sara, has been exceptional. Penny has now fully recovered and despite the intense surgery and recovery, gets excited when she hears the word “vets” and loves visiting the surgery and getting fuss from all of the staff.
