What an amazing vets! They really car about the animals they treat. Our puss cat needed a tooth out and had a cyst removed and everything was not only fine but he got a bravery certificate. Prices were very good and I would highly recommend Broad Oak.

Absolute gem of a place, very friendly reception staff and the best vets in the area in my opinion. They take time to explain properly what’s wrong with your pet, always treat them with utmost care and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my cats now .

I have two very happy bunnies after a very relaxing stress free experience at the vets. The vet was so good with both of my rabbits, and was able to answer any questions I had. When it comes to cutting rabbit nails I haven't had the best experience at other vets and found it hard to find a vet who actually knows how to deal with rabbits. Today went so smoothly, we did the appointment on the ground which avoided any attempts to jump off the table. This was so much better for them (and for me) and is definitely the way to go. I also have the pet rabbit plan for both of my rabbits, which is such a good deal as it covers all there costs for the year. Will be back again soon for the vacancies which I know will go just as smoothly as it did last year.

Superb service. The receptions are so friendly and helpful and the vets and support staff have been incredible. My cat has had to have several visits over the last couple of months and each time all the staff involved and been completely clued up on her condition and wonderful with her. It's also worth mentioning it's always the same staff which makes a nice change. The prices seem much lower than those I've had in the past too which is a huge relief. A huge thank you frommyself and Lulu. ❤️

Absolutely amazing! After a good couple of decades of owning many types of pets (but mainly dogs) I have finally found a vet practice that I feel confident with. The reception staff were so welcoming, the nurse that helped with my very wriggly dog was incredible and the wonderful vets who are clearly very knowledgeable and genuinely care. I couldn’t be happier. Oh and the fees, well all I can say is I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable they were! Thank you Broad Oak Vets 🐶
