  We have been using these for years and retired another greyhound who needed to be neutered and they wasn't interested in doing this even though I was already an existing customer, and even after stating this twice they said they were not taking on any new clients. Very disappointed. This is not how you treat loyal customers considering we live 65 miles away..!
