PROFESSIONAL GASLIGHTERS, 0 TRANSPARENCY , HIDDEN PRICE LISTS WHICH ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN UNTIL YOU ARE ALREADY FINANCIALLY INVESTED. This is my third and final follow up on asking for this dental pricelist and I couldn’t get a word in edgeways , I was barely able to speak a single word in response before being interrupted again. UNBELIEVABLE! I’ve been trying to obtain a price list for dental work for approx 2 months for my cat and it has been IMPOSSIBLE. Apparently an email was sent (although I do not have) with SOME of the pricelist. I’ve spoken to multiple people and had the same conversations going round in circles where they say “oh once they’ve had their scale and polish then we will give to the pricing for what is needed “ ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!!! It’s very evasive , just another vets who clearly makes money of putting pet owners in stressful pressurised positions. It seems basic logic to me to want to be financially organised for your pet’s treatments. But no. Green door vets say “no one’s ever asked for a pricelist before “. I was informed that they need to request it from and vet and send it over. This is absolutely fine . What is not fine is speaking to 3 different people in the space of a few months to obtain a simple pricelist and be met with the level of resistance and gaslighting that Greendoor Vets have displayed. Absolutely no way I am signing on with these cowboys.

Recently moved to East Tisted and wanted to find a caring and rural vet for my beloved Minstrel the whippet. From first contacting them to register and enquire about a uti query for Minstrel. I was offered to register and be seen the same day. Fantastic service. Everyone so lovely and caring. Staff you can see love the animals. Amy my vet seems to have a way with Minstrel when he’s nervous and he responds to her so well. He’s much less stressed than other practices. Thank you for all your help so far. And for teaching me the meatball song!

We followed Dr Amy to her new practice as her experience, diligence, knowledge and rapport with my nervous rescue dog is second to none. Her new practice premises has been lovingly curated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere; It feels like visiting a chic home rather than the usual sterile vet practice. My pooch Rosie is thriving under her care.

Amy and her colleagues have been wonderful. We had a litter of 7 Labrador pups and needed some support. We had a visit and took them in. The whole team have been very impressive, excellent clinic care, lots of great support and advice from the nurses and the admin as been fantastic. Could not recommend them enough. We are delighted to have an independent practice locally who we know are providing the care our pets need and not working to the targets of a corporate monopoly that sadly most practices are now part of. Good luck Amy and team
