  Listen up, humans and fellow floofs. I, Chief, master of chaos, recently had my bottom eyelid fixed at Archway Veterinary Practice, fancy humans call it entropion surgery. Full disclosure: Archway isn’t our usual vet. My humans got referred here to see their specialist, Kim, who did an amazing job—my eyelid has never looked better. From the moment we arrived, the staff were paw-sitively professional. The receptionist? Absolute legend—approachable, kind, and helpful, basically a human I could tolerate sitting near without plotting an escape. The surgery itself was quick, though I made my displeasure known with some classic Chief scratches and a heroic battle against the dreaded cone of shame. Painkillers were top-notch—I spent the afternoon spinning, zooming, and generally stressing my humans about my freshly operated eye. The next day, the crash was real, but I bounced back quick. Post-op checks? Twice. My eye? Purrfect. My humans? Still stressed, but learning. Pre-op I was snappy and grumpy; now I have more patience for them and even enjoy cuddles occasionally—but don’t get too excited, I’m still very much Chief, not a lapcat. Overall, a huge thank you to everyone at Archway Veterinary Practice. You handled me, my eye, and my antics with absolute professionalism and earned my purrs, reluctant head bumps, and only mild side-eye.100% recommend this place. I’d return without hesitation—though I sincerely hope my humans don’t book me in again anytime soon. I’ve done my eye surgery quota for this lifetime. Chief

  We have used Archway vets since we moved here four years ago, and we couldn’t praise them more highly. From the moment you walk in you are dealt with in a friendly but professional way. The nursing staff are all amazing, and so helpful. The whole team of vets are, without exception, excellent. They listen to your concerns, and go over and above to help, often researching or doing extra work to ensure the best outcomes.

  Anyone who loves their pets this is the BEST VETERINARY PRACTICE IN PETERSFIELD! This morning my dog was stung and had an allergic reaction this vet’s practice actually care it is not just a business. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CARING I would never use another vets. Thank you Caroline for being the best vet in the world 🐾🐾🦮🦮🦮Maverick is feeling so much better and more importantly is safe.🐾🐾🐾🐾

  Our dog was a pointer rescued from Cyprus and had Leishmania, which we were aware of and had researched extensively when we adopted him. Unlike many Vets who can be quite judgmental and dismissive, they were really supportive and willing to learn more about a disease that's not very familiar to UK vets for obvious reasons. In the last few years of his life, our dog was a frequent flyer at the vets, having had a bad hock wound that would not heal. It later turned out the underlying reason for this was that he had the later stages of cancer which we found out during a pre-op scan. The care and affection with which our dog (and ourselves) were treated is something we'll be forever grateful for. It's not often your dog LIKES going to the vets and that's down to the staff - from the admin staff (special shout out to the lovely Linda) to the vets, to the wonderful nurses who changed his bandages 3 times a week - thank you from us & Bones. We have now decided to foster for a while and will be going back to Archway for future care. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Archway.

  My little dog was diagnosed with Addison's disease 4 years ago by archway surgery. Since then she has had an injection once a month and blood test every 6 months. They always make a fuss of her and give her a treat. They also do all our insurance claim paper work 😃
