I am new to the area and the practice came from a recommendation. My dog recently needed surgery for her luxating patella. The staff at the practise were so lovely and took such good care of my girl and spent time reassuring me as well. It’s early days with my girls recovery but I can’t rate this practise highly enough. The reception staff are lovely, Lee the vet was very knowledgeable and helpful and Charlotte the nurse was truly AMAZING! Lee organised for an orthopaedic vet to perform the surgery and the cost of her surgery was incredibly reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice to others.

Fantastic care for all of my dogs! Having 5 dogs that are all working and high level sports dogs, I’m pretty picky about my vet care, but Lee and the team are brilliant with all of them! Between the 5 of them they’ve had everything from injuries to hip & elbow X-rays, dentals, spays and more and each time the care has been top notch. The reception team are always lovely, friendly and polite, the nurses keep me updated and ensure that my guys are well cared for even if I have to leave them (even the trickier ones to deal with) and Lee and Rosie have always given brilliant, honest, reliable advice and treatment no matter the issue. Fully recommend to anyone who’s seeking a quality vet care team and regularly recommend to all of my friends and training clients ☺️

Our white lab had a severe ligament injury and needed a major operation on her knee (TPLO). Vets for pets Grantham organised a specialist surgeon to come to branch to do the op local to us. Since having the procedure our dog has had a new lease of life, like there was never an issue at all. The care and compassion received was absolutely second to none, we are delighted with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them for pet care. Amazing job Charlotte, Grace and the Team! Thank you so, so much ❤️ Julie and Ginny

8 years at this practice and the service could not be bettered. All staff are friendly, super efficient, caring and show the utmost respect to both our dogs and us as humans! Lee is a first class vet who always explains everything, never rushing and ensures we feel comfortable with any decisions needed. Leanne in particular goes above & beyond. Thank you all for your care.

prices are extortionate. charged me £85 for a bottle of metacam for cats wich i can buy online for £21.99 😡. then threatened to call the rspca on us if we ddnt purchase it of them as its there " duty of care" even thow there happy to leave her untreated in there care and said the other option was to put our cat to sleep 😡. stear well clear of this "BUISSNESS" they have no real care for animals. its all about what they can get from your bank account. worst vets ive dealt with.
