  We had an amazing first experience on Saturday 20th June 145pm. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The veterinary doctor was also so welcoming and answered my daughter's many questions with patience and a smile. My kitten came home happy and stress free. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

  I recently moved into the area and adopted a 1 year old cat. I came in for our first appointment yesterday with Triona and was so pleased. She took her time to thoroughly assess my boy and talk me through the options relating to his leg/body shaking. I've had cats for many years so have been in and out of different vet practices for approximately 12 years and met many different types of vets. There was nothing about trying to get me to spend unnecessarily and everything was very professional, kind and friendly. The reception and nursing staff are also amazing. I've now registered both my girls here too as they were registered elsewhere. Raja says Thank you for being gentle with him.

  Had a great experience with Goddard. Greenford was closed so called here and they arranged for an urgent appointment. The vet who I believe was called Roweena (young Australian girl) looked after ny cat Akira with care and reassurance. Sorted everything out for us and got Akira on his way. Extremely grateful and she was very professional and truly wonderful to deal with. Robert at reception was very helpful as well. Thanks all for a great service and we will be back!

  The place is a scam ,my cat hat a mouth ulcer ,the nurse checked it on google what it could be ,gave 2 injections of steroids,and gave some prescription for antibiotics I paid 160+ paunds for the visit and the 2 steroids injections ! I ordered the prescription immediately from (pet drugs online )paid for next day delivery ,it took few days to come !My cat ulcer got worse ,now it from outside of the mouth as well ,is almost a hole inside ! Very unprofessional ! Just talking about different stuff that you don’t need to get more money out off people not caring about the animals and have no knowledge of what they are doing!
