Gilmores is a fantastic vet practice. The staff are very warm, helpful and friendly. When I bring my dog , Bert, I never feel rushed and everything is explained in detail to me. The vet is very thorough and obviously very passionate, and cares about animals and the job that they do. They go above and beyond and I strongly feel this happened in particular with my other dog Ruby, who sadly isn’t with us anymore but she received the best care possible. Thank you to you all X

Gilmores are a wonderful compassionate vets. Their vets and nurses go above and beyond and their service is excellent. They will always try and see you quickly with an emergency, they explain treatment options to you clearly and they are so loving towards our dogs putting us all at ease. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

Millie ( the Minx) attempted to eat something toxic! Staff could not have reacted more quickly or with more compassion- we were feeling very guilty that she had managed this - but staff were brilliant! Thank you so muchx

I’ve been taking my pets here since moving to the area three years ago. I’ve seen all the vets at different points and have always been really impressed. They give you clear explanations and advice on costs etc. I have felt that they very much act in your pets best interests. For example not recommending surgery for my older cat despite this clearly being a profitable option. Cat recovered well on the advice of Aaron. We lost our dog almost two years ago and he’d declined over the year. Potts and Charlotte were fantastic. Explaining all options but then allowing time to answer questions about everything so I could make informed decisions. When it came time to say goodbye they allowed two of us inside to be with him and let us have as much time as needed. The nurses were all absolutely amazing too. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else now.
