  I cant rate this practice highly enough. Small run practice (like they used to be) that cares. We had a call out yesterday, they answered straight away and were out within an hour. Megan was the vet that came out and was fantastic with our very young pony. If youre thinking of changing vets I would not hesitate. Beautiful place if you horse has to have an overnight stay too. Highly recommend

  If you need an honest,reliable compassionate equine vet,you would have to look very hard to find a practice better than Thompson House. I cant fault them in any way. From initial phone contact to a vet attending.They treat client's with respect and care deeply for the horses they treat. They only perform treatments and procedures that are necessary and keep costs to a minimum. I would highly recommend Thompson House Equine Vets.

  Absolutely superb service, from start to finish it has been seamless with contact and communication throughout: we are a small charity in the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 that required a 5 stage vetting on a mare , whilst she was in the UK. The Assesment was booked, and carried out, within a week, and the outcome was verbally given hours following the Assesment to us in the Isle of Man. We can only highly recommend this personal, friendly and very professional service and if we were in The UK, we would be customers!

  Thompson House have been our vets for several years despite us being located a fair distance away. The professionalism, compassion, care and unwavering support of Rob and his entire team has been invaluable to us over the years. Thanks to their dedication, we have been able to successfully rehabilitate, retrain, and rehome many ex-racehorses which are our driving focus and passion. Thank you for everything that you do. We have no doubt, that no matter the time of day, you are there to help our horses in their time of need which is a great comfort to us. Here's to many many more years of us working together with their amazing team. We rest easy knowing that all of our horses have the absolute best veterinary care there is. Highly, highly recommended.

  My horse had been retired as we had given up all hope of him coming sound again. Tommy and Rob have put together a series of treatments to help with Chino’s recovery, Chino is now back in work and enjoying life. Bradley has sorted out all the insurance side of things and his knowledge in this field is second to none. Tracey has been and pillar of strength through the rough times and the whole team who have cared for Chino. I wouldn’t think twice about using Thompson house vets again in the future the have been excellent!!!
