My Lab was limping so I called and got an appointment within a few hours. Not busy at all. The vet was lovely and found the issue, gave me the meds, explained everything and I'm pleased to say Willow is now back to her super waggy self. Thank you 🥰

Our family has been with Foxhall for over 10 years, and love Vet Rachel! She’s incredibly experienced, kind, and genuinely caring. We can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for our pets. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service from the staff at Foxhall Vets over the ten years since we adopted Poppy. Sensitive and caring right to the end during one of the hardest times of our lives. Little touches like the card and flower seeds were very much appreciated.

Sadly I didn't have a very good experience here at all. I found every interaction and with all staff members to be rude, especially the vet who was taking care of my cat. There seemed to be a drive to find out if I had pet insurance, when this was confirmed suddenly my cat needed lots examinations, despite having a clean bill of health at a different vets 3 months before. After the work was completed they couldn't have been less helpful in navigating the complex world of pet insurance. Followed by a threating letter suggesting recovey action, with no prior reminders, for a balance of less than £30 on over £900 of work carried out. I left feeling like my pets best interests weren't at the centre of the service they offer here.

Took my Labrador, Sully to the vet today and he became extremely anxious, something I was not expecting! He became very vocal and bordering a little aggressive. Unfortunately, as the vet was unsure of his behaviour she decided to muzzle him which did calm his behaviour and with the help of an veterinary nurse was able to take the muzzle off and give him his vaccination. By the time we left, Sully was calm and taking treats from the vet and receptionists hand. I am so grateful for their patience and understanding and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a dog with anxiety.
