  Friendly staff , excellent vets . I could not be happier they provide a professional, caring service. They do and recommend what is best for your pet and I never feel it’s about what they can charge ever. They are a very reasonable and also very attentive when it comes to making your pet feel comfortable and safe. I 100% recommend this vets. I attend the Lugershall practice.

  This is such a lovely and welcoming vet practice. The receptionist, Sharon, is always chatty and friendly. Yesterday I saw Chloe the vet for something that I was very worried about. She put me at ease, gave me all the options and I slept without worrying for the first time in a couple of nights. I often see the nurses for his regular Librela injection and they are always very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable too. Thank you to the whole team; I wouldn't go anywhere else with my dog.

  Absolutely terrific vets! All the staff are lovely and welcoming and will do anything to help. We have had a short notice appointments which was no hassle whatsoever. Would highly recommend this vets to anyone!
