Terrible branch for a reactive dog. I live in the area but usually go to the Swansea branch as I was with them before they were acquired by Forest. I took my dog here as he woke up with an eye ulcer and I wanted to get him to the closest branch. First appointment was okay as it was early in the morning and only one other dog was there (although I obviously expect dogs to be in the waiting room). They rebooked him for a check up and on arrival there’s a fenced area of around 10 medium to large dogs next to the car park adjoined to the vets - I parked away from it and assumed it would be okay as they were calm. Then a large reactive dog is brought out for what I assume was training by two men into the car park. The dog was kicking off, my dog was kicking off and then the run of dogs were all barking. It was chaos and my dog was shaking as he’s been bitten in the past. Vet visits are stressful enough without being surprised by that amount of chaos. I cancelled the appointment from the car park and left.

Great vets. Always friendly. Looking appointments online is so helpful when I cant make phone calls that often due to my children's disabilities.

After taking my cat in with a massive infection they sorted out an operation at short notice. They were so lovely to my cat. He was home by the afternoon and we were so relieved that the treatment they gave was fantastic, swift and professional. They are always lovely in the vets and they helped sort out claiming from the insurance for me which was a bonus.

Took my Cane Corso to the vetinary surgery, due to concerns regarding her ears and worried about her weight. The reception area was friendly and helpful as usual and I didnt have to wait long. The vet listened to my concerns and reassured me appropriately and I was given good advice regarding treatment to her ears and future problems and what to look for. I felt relieved and confident that my girl was ok and that I we were feeding her the right way and was complimented by the vet on my Girls's good temperament and the type of lead I was using.
