When our dog got stung by a wasp unexpectedly you were able to find us an available appointment within the hour. I was kept up to date with the number of pre-scheduled appointments were in front of us and when we were seen the care was fantastic especially as you were able to find the sting still in him. He was certainly feeling sorry for himself for the rest of the day, but is fine thankfully.

Never been before to the Neath branch before. The girl on reception was very welcoming and smiley. Everyone made a fuss of Wiggles (dog) so nice to see they cared. The vet himself was very knowledgeable, reassuring and answered all your questions. We were completely happy and went away feeling confident that everything was ok. 210% perfect. Would go there again in a heartbeat ❤️
