Unfortunately we had to put our family cat down and it was a difficult decision for us all. The vets were so kind and caring and made everything feel respectful. We received a card in the post and it really felt personalised. I would highly recommend Billingshurst Farthings. Thank you for your kindness.

If could give negative stars then it would be minus 5. You failed to tell me exactly what was wrong with my dog, then finally admitted there was a miscommunication by yourvet but were happy for our puppy to potentially lose an eye as you couldn't be bothered to even assist with the costs We had to pay as our insurance wouldn't and all you could say was you hope she was OK. Luckily enough we could just afford it but has caused us some issues. Hope your shareholder's are happy as clearly animals are not your first priority.

Toby is brilliant with cats, even one that is quite hostile to vets! He still managed a full health check and noticed that my cat had ear ache. Really impressed and highly recommend.

Fantastic vet practice. Called several after our cat was attacked and this was practice that helped us with advice and seeing us quickly. Half an hour after the first call our cat was in their safe and reassuring hands. They explained everything they did and gave a breakdown of all costs. The fees seemed very reasonable. They follow up with an email as well so you are clear about everything. Will be using them in future. Thoroughly recommend.

We have had cause to visit Farthings vets on numerous occasions as one of our cats thinks he's a tiger, and another was hit by a car and had a broken pelvis. Everyone has always been lovely and the vets are so caring. During a health check this week we raised some concerns about one of our cats, the vet listened did some additional checks, and recommended tests were done there and then. She said the results would be in later that day, but when we didn't get a call by closing time (19:30) we figured they hadn't had time. She later rang us at 21:00! Unfortunately with bad news that our cat has chronic kidney disease. She spent a good 15 minutes on the phone explaining everything to us and repeating things back. She was wonderful during the vist, and during this call. We were amazed and grateful she took the time to call us so late. We wish us humans could get such a good standard of care and bedside manner! Thank you to everyone at Farthings vets for taking care of our beloved pets over the years, and in years to come.
