Chris Parratt is a fantastic Veterinary Specialist. He was very thorough with testing our Dog, who was very unwell, and Chris easily found the main problem. His Staff too couldn't be any nicer. This is what you exactly want, when your pet is very unwell. I'd recommend CrumPets Veterinary Support very strongly. Chris, even on the day that the results came back from the Lab, of a small lump in our Dog's stomach (very worrying for us), called us immediately, even though he was very busy, to tell us that it was nothing to worry about. What a great service. My dog is now thriving again after five days of treatment. Thank you Chris and Staff, tremendous service.

Very impressed with the service we received three years ago when my Labrador was one year old. The heart scan, diagnosis and treatment has let her enjoy a life she wouldn’t otherwise have had.

I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am to Chris, Max, and the rest of the team at Crumpets/Emergency Vets Glasgow. Our cat was unwell, and the team looked after her swiftly and with so much care; they made what should have been a very stressful situation much more manageable. The aftercare was also second to none. Everything was explained clearly, and we were given a full rundown of the instructions to take home—again, incredibly easy to understand. When we ran out of medicine that our own vets couldn't source in time, Crumpets provided it within a few hours without any issue. Every so often, you receive customer service that goes truly above and beyond, and you struggle to put into words how grateful you are—especially when the team makes it look so effortless. Thanks so much to every member of the team with every fiber of my being!

My friend’s dog was referred here by their regular vet for further investigations, including a scan and scope. I came along for moral support. From the moment we arrived, the whole practice felt warm, welcoming and friendly. It doesn’t have that cold, sterile feeling some veterinary clinics can have, which immediately helped put us at ease. Sadly, my friend received some very difficult news about her dog. The vet who saw us could not have been more kind or compassionate. He explained everything clearly, talked us through the condition and the options available, and gave us the time and space to process what we were being told. At no point did we feel rushed. The reception staff were also wonderful — incredibly kind, supportive and understanding during what was a very emotional appointment. Thank you to everyone at the practice for treating both my friend and her dog with such care, dignity and compassion during such a hard moment.
