  Brought a friend's pup in for routine vaccinations with Dr Kiekie today and had such an easy experience. The team was expecting us when we arrived, greeting the dog by name to make him feel comfortable immediately. We went into the examination room where he got some love, treats, and jabs, and we were out of there very quickly. Dr Kiekie was so gentle and loving with him, I'm pretty sure he thinks he was just there to visit a pal. The clinic is beautiful, clearn, and very modern. It smells like a luxury spa which creates a very relaxing environment. Already looking forward to our next visit.

  I cannot recommend Dr Penny at Creature Comforts (Chiswick) highly enough. She has an exceptional way of explaining everything clearly and thoroughly, taking the time to ensure you fully understand your pet’s condition and the available options. What really stands out is her depth of knowledge combined with a practical, sensible approach — you feel completely confident that your pet is in expert hands. She is calm, professional, and genuinely caring, which makes what can often be a stressful situation much easier to navigate. An outstanding veterinary surgeon and a real asset to the practice. My experience of the Creature Comforts (Chiswick) team has also been positive and helpful. I have, without hesitation, recommended this practice to friends.

  Thank you to the all staff at Creature Comforts in Chiswick. We got to our appointment today and the staff as well as the establishment are warm and welcoming. Its also spacious and clean and smells of lovely lavender. Cali loves her appointments with all the treats that go with it.

  I had a scary issue with my dog when she started bleeding. I messaged Creature Comforts in the app & they responded swiftly and were able to see her really quickly when I whisked her down to them. They handled her with sensitivity care and calmness. I think she actually enjoys going to the vet despite the fact they had to do stuff with a thermometer in an unmentionable place and had to use stingy antiseptic. I was v reassured. Highly recommended
