We have only been with Copper Beech for a few months after moving vets and have been so impressed with how they treat all the pets that arrive on their doorstep. We sadly had our older doggie (Poppy) who had been diagnosed with bladder cancer 12 months previously and was amazing us all with her fight to stay with us and our younger doggie ( she was like her mother). Keith and Maxine were absolutely lovely with them both and helped us to keep her going for as long as possible. Sadly something further went wrong overnight on Saturday 7th this month and we awoke to her being in a real mess in her bedroom and obviously in pain. We phoned Maxine and she answered straight away even though it was early Sunday morning, gave us lots of advice and numbers and was very calming and supportive. Our daughter arranged for someone to attend and take Poppy out of her suffering in her own home, in her favourite place and without any further distress. We cannot thank you all enough and it is so comforting to know there are still vets that do what they do for the love of animals and do not just count the cost. You are a breath of fresh air from where we moved our pets from. Thank you so much Jackie and Mark x

I have all my pets with copper beach. Unlike her vets that charge same day fees copper beach offer drop in hours. I recently took my shar pei as she had developed a condition were the eye lashes grow inwards. The vet told me to go to an eye specialist for this breed would cost £2,000 upwards, my dog needed both eyes doing. Keith took a look and booked her in within days with antibiotics in the meantime. Keith, Maxine and all the nursing staff were incredible. They kept me updated and let me know if the dog needed me there when she got nervous. She had a great recovery and even down to removing her stitches she was treated so well by everyone. Thank you!

Thank you Copper Beech for looking after my Princess Peach, she went in for a spay today and made me feel very at ease. I was so nervous for her. All the staff were so lovely and put my mind at ease. She has been well looked after and now recovering well at home. I was given very clear instructions on how to care for her afterwards, my children with me and were also told about how important it is to let her rest, I though that was so lovely of them and they reassured me that if I was concerned about anything to contact them. The price was very affordable and you can tell as a practice they are very committed and compassionate in their work. Thankyou again 😊

My dog was so poorly and I took him to Copper Beech vets I was absolutely distraught because of how ill he was. What can I say from the moment I spoke with Maxine on the phone and Kieth took one look at him and instantly knew what was wrong with him and exactly what was needed to get him better. They worked with us, our dog was seen on a daily basis, now he is a totally different dog. He is getting back to his normal self. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff and their customer service was brilliant and Kieth the vet we owe you so much for getting my dog back to health. Would definitely recommend this vets to anyone and would not even consider going anywhere else. Thank you! To you all.

Truly amazing vets ! I brought a stray cat in last week with a leg injury. Keith saw the cat within the hour and confirmed it was a broken femur. The cat was elderly and extremely under weight , covered in ticks, but had survived for weeks in that condition (analysis of leg examination) outside in all weathers, was sweet natured had bright eyes and the will to live, The cat ( now Sooty ) was kept in overnight whilst an appropriate care plan could be put in place. Maxine rang me the next day and said that the splint option was £ 1000 plus and so had made arrangements at Northwest Referrals for Sooty to have full surgery/scans etc with James and the orthopaedic team . A fractured pelvis was also discovered and so an amputation on the hind leg was performed giving Sooty the best surgical outcome / new lease of life. All this at zero cost to myself. Maxine and Keith had called in a favour with James. founded on their strong working relationship and compassion for animals in need. They went above and beyond my expectations, I still can't believe it. .Such professional , knowledgeable ,hard working , kind, caring , such lovely people . A veterinary practice like no other AMAZING !!!
