From the very first moment, the service has been exceptional. The vet shows great professionalism, patience and genuine affection for animals; she took the time to explain everything to me clearly and to reassure both my pet and myself. You can really tell that the wellbeing of the animals truly matters to her. I would also like to highlight the reception staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help, making everything very easy and pleasant. They are a team that conveys trust and warmth, which is something extremely valuable when it comes to our pets’ health. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended clinic. Thank you for taking such good care of our little ones!

Been with this vets for over 30 years. Have taken my business elsewhere now. Profit has taken over a service of care, since Paul left. Quoted £480 for a euthanasia and cremation for a small dog weighing less than 10kg. Was charged £225 for exactly the same service at a different vet in Newark.

Both our large dogs have attended when ill and I would highly recommend this practice. All staff are professional, empathetic and personal. And have the care of the animal at the heart of all they do.

Excellent service. We saw Eleanor for our miniature dachshunds’s first vaccinations and she was very calm and kind with Juno and explained everything thoroughly with us. A great first visit for Juno and I can imagine we’ll only have professional and compassionate care for our beloved puppy going forward. Thank you.
