  This veterinary practice is not just a vets, it's a place where you know your animals are genuinely cared for. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with kindness, warmth and professionalism. The reception team simply cannot do enough for you and consistently go above and beyond. Whether you're visiting in person or calling for advice, they are always friendly, helpful and willing to do their very best to accommodate appointments. Even when an emergency appointment is needed, they somehow always manage to find a slot and ensure your pet receives the care they need. Our cats/ferret see Phil, whom my husband and I have known for many years, and we honestly cannot speak highly enough of him. He consistently goes above and beyond for our animals and always provides a friendly, professional service while putting their welfare first. Whether it's over the phone or in person, he is always happy to help and nothing is ever too much trouble. You can tell he has a genuine passion for animals and a talent that simply cannot be taught. He isn't just a vet, he is so much more than that. He puts both us and our animals at ease, and we have complete trust in him to provide the very best care. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Nina regarding our ferret, Jerry. She was more than happy to help, but most importantly, she listened. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns with patience and kindness. I came off the phone not only impressed but genuinely reassured. Nina & Phill are an absolute asset to this practice. This is somewhere you can take your animals knowing they will receive the care, attention and compassion they deserve. Of course veterinary care comes at a cost, but what stands out about this practice is that you never feel as though money is the priority. The welfare of the animals always comes first, and every decision is made with their best interests at heart. The entire team truly goes above and beyond, and if they can help, they absolutely will. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. It's incredibly reassuring to know that our animals are receiving the highest standard of care and that this wonderful team is only ever a phone call away. This practice is phenomenal, and thank you will never be enough for everything the team does. Their hard work, dedication, compassion and commitment are what make this place so special. It is because of them that we have complete confidence that our animals are always in the very best hands. Thank you to the team for your exceptional hard work 😀

  We have been using Coach House since we adopted our two rescue greyhounds. Couldn’t ask for a better practice. All of the staff are amazing with our boy and girl - kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to give the best service at the most reasonable cost that they can.   Absolutely brilliant service from the team. Recently moved to the area and Buddy our Jack Russell who’s 13 years old was due his jabs. Previous experience at old vets was always an apprehensive experience for both Buddy and myself, and had got to the stage of us having to muzzle Buddy, so was anxious about today but what a difference it was. No muzzle needed. Buddy was greeted by staff, both Buddy & myself felt at ease and he was given time to check the room out and then jabs done with no fuss. Thank you all so much.
