  We saw Ella today and she was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I’m preparing to travel with Toffee back to Taiwan and needed an EHC, and Ella has been so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience much less stressful. I really appreciate all her help — highly recommend!

  Can’t fault the practice! The staff are lovely. I have two rescue cats, one of which is very very timid, but the nurses / vets are brilliant with her. She went in for an all-day procedure the other day. I hated leaving her but I know for sure she was well looked after and comforted throughout the day. Shout out to the lovely friendly reception staff too 🩵

  Cannot fault their professionalism, compassion and caring nature. They saved my puppy’s life by diagnosing and referring quickly. Having joined from previously using another local vet I’m confident I’ve made the right choice. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been wonderful. Claire the Vet has kept in touch to check on Bobby and his progress. I can’t wait to bring him back in to show them how well he is now doing.

  I had to make the very hard decision to have our cat put to sleep, the lady vet (sorry I can’t remember her name ) was extremely empathetic and so lovely which made me feel more comfortable and at peace with letting our cat go. I have since received a very lovely sympathy card which I very much appreciate and it was a very thoughtful gesture .
