We rang on Saturday morning and had an appointment within 3 hours. We were seen by a really friendly competent vet who assessed our dog and provided us with medication and a follow up plan if needed. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating

Great experience, this was my first time using this vets, i was able to get a same day appointment after calling up for our family dog who is staying with me for a few days. The staff were great and the vet was really good with her, explained clearly what could be wrong and quickly sorted treatment for her. Can't fault it, and Holly's face is no longer as swollen so she's much happier!

I find the staff, especially the vets to be very rude and unaccommodating. The practice is tiny and on a main road and they don't do enough to ensure animals are able to wait safely for their appointments. I was once shouted at by a vet because my dog was barking, this was due to two massive dogs being allowed to come in when the waiting room was already packed. The "checkups" take about 3 seconds I give my dog more invasive strokes of his head. Honestly, a ridiculously poor practice, I would avoid unless absolutely necessary.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this practice. The receptionist and nurse were lovely but the vet was very rude and patronising towards me. I had general concerns around the practice with the front door being open on a busy road, a tiny waiting area which left my cat distressed and general uncaring attitude from the vet. I complained in order to leave the practice and I did get a rather defensive response. I was also accused of complaining about wait times which I hadn’t mentioned, as I am aware that not everything can run to times. I’ve since moved to a new practice where I have been treated with kindness and more empathy. Overall disappointing and I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

I can't fault the standard of care at Blythman and partners. They've looked after my little dog since she came to us last year. All the staff are caring and compassionate and all the assessments we've had have been very thorough. They always fit us in quickly when we've had concerns. They spayed her and did a brilliant job, to the incision scar is tiny. I highly recommend them!
