A vet practice where I know both my dogs are cared for as if they belonged to a family member of the practice. Every time I have been into Bluebell vets, I leave feeling listened to and knowing the advice I have received is with my pets best interests at heart - what more can you ask for?

Bluebell Vets are absolutely AMAZING!!! We cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done for our little dog, Ramone!!! When we first brought him in, he was in such a poor state – anxious, confused, not sleeping, pacing all night, uncomfortable and just not himself at all. It was heartbreaking. From day one, Bluebell treated him like he really mattered. The vet spotted straight away that he was in pain and took his dementia-type changes seriously instead of just writing him off as “old age”. He listened to us, watched the video footage we had taken, and worked with us to get his pain relief and dementia medication sorted properly. The transformation has been INCREDIBLE!!! Ramone now sleeps at night, goes on proper walks, runs around, brings us his ball to play, and is so much more relaxed and happy in himself. His anxiety is the lowest it has been in years, and the dementia signs that were getting worse have improved so much that it feels like he’s a puppy again 🥹 The whole team at Bluebell are kind, caring and genuinely lovely – to Ramone AND to us. They always make us feel welcome, never rush us, and explain everything clearly. We took out their complete care plan because prescriptions and unlimited vet consults and nurse appointments make it a no brainer, really. Their prices are reasonable and they are fully independent, which I think makes a lot of difference. Our previous vet was a chain and wouldn’t even diagnose our boy until we had seen a behaviourist first! (This was despite video footage clearly showing dementia behaviour and explaining we had tried everything with training positive reinforcement and diet.) We are SO grateful for the extra quality of life Bluebell has given Ramone and the peace of mind they’ve given us as his humans. If you have an older dog, or a dog with more complex needs, we would recommend Bluebell Vets a thousand times over!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed to take all 4 cats in for a health check due to recently transferring to Bluebell. I was feeling quite anxious about going somewhere new and managing all 4 by myself! I got there and the lovely receptionist knew exactly who I was. I had hurt my back and was struggling to carry the carriers in. But it was no problem for the Bluebell team. Lovely members of the staff helped me getting them to and from the car. Natalie took her time listening to some of my concerns. She was so kind and I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience for asking questions. Everything was done in a really efficient and thoughtful manner. Thank you so much. I’m so glad I made the move. So in short, I highly recommend Bluebell Veterinary surgery. They are absolutely lovely.

I rarely write reviews, but its really important for me to express my gratitude to Bluebell Vets for their quick response and correct diagnosis which saved my dogs life! Arkin ( our beautiful Boxer ) needed emergency surgery for GDV! The team went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble! They acted quickly and because of this and their knowledge and care, Arkin is here today enjoying life to the full. I have owned Boxers for 30 years and I believe it is very rare today to find such an amazing Veterinary surgery like Bluebell. Thank you everyone, and a special thank you to Wojciech and Natalie who performed this very complicated surgery on our special boy! We are forever grateful, Nadine, Ash & Angus
