  Great vets that offer reassuringly friendly advice when it comes to caring for my dog. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant putting myself and my dog at ease. Fees are also very reasonable for such a professional and quality service.

  We are very pleased with the service offered at the Thirsk surgery. Appointments run on time. The receptionist is welcoming and the Vet we saw was very reassuring and attentive with a friendly, approachable manner. I can't comment on prices as we pay monthly on a plan.

  Bishopton always give my super-senior cat (19!), Cloudy, the compassionate care and attention an old boy deserves. I've had experience with both Ripon & Thirsk branch, everyone is friendly and helpful. Bishopton saved Cloudy's life 18 months ago, I genuinely thought I was saying my goodbyes as he was a very poorly boy; but he surprised everyone and after 2 nights in the animal hospital, he was giving his all and recovered quickly. Despite being totally deaf and blind, he's living his best life. Would definitely recommend!

  I went to Thirsk practise with Weza (pug) who’s quite poorly, the receptionist was amazing, she made me a coffee and reassured me,Simon (vet) just took command quickly and decisively, exactly what was needed.. I’m confidence that we are in amazing hands, just awaiting tests results , but I’m confident that all is being done. The vet’s Julia , Ann and Tom have all been part of an amazing team over the last few weeks, thank you! fingers crossed Weza makes a full recovery, it will not be for the lack of trying ! She’s In good hands .

  Good parking, ease of access and incredibly pleasant reception staff; personable and very helpful. When our needs became more complex I was advised to go to their Vet Hospital, they were informed on my behalf and expecting us. Appointments have run on time and Vet / vet nurses seen have been incredibly pleasant, caring, and given us all the time we needed. Very happy with the service and care received and would certainly recommend.
