  If you are reading this review am speaking from my heart my best friend and companion for 13 years past away this evening Leo was one in a million kind of Dog I ended taking him to Bishopton Veterinary group at Pateleybridge after been with one of these big corporate vets well to cut a long story short the care and compassion that Leo and I received was second to none in his final Days I would highly recommend this veterinary practice and I would like to thank all the staff at Pateleybridge and Ripon for everything they did for Leo.

  Our Spaniel Opie is not the most confident of dogs when it comes to visiting the vets, he can be very wary of them at times. Today he was booked in for his annual boosters. We only book in with Jess now as she deals with him in the best way possible, quickly, efficiently and helping Opie to feel more at ease with the situation and her. She is a real credit to your surgery!!

  I’ve registered my dog and moving all my cats over one of them pregnant we found out today by the amazing team at bishopton. They are calm, genuinely caring, they take there time with you and actually listen to what you have to say. I get anxious with things like this I didn’t get panicked like our previous vet visits and we had clear answers with a clear goal out of our visits. I feel like all our pets will be extremely well looked after for years to come. Mika our pup is still very young and she got stung by a bee the other day- they saw her within the hour treatment included in that time and she wasn’t even registered at that point. She obviously is now. I can’t recommend them enough and a massive thank you to the team both at pateley and ripon for being genuinely supportive and caring towards myself and my beloved family of pets. *****

  A wonderfully friendly practice. Every vet, nurse, or colleague of met has been superb and very welcoming to me and my three chihuahuas. I'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending them. I am incredibly lucky to have an independent vet on my doorstep! Jenn, Monty, Archie, and Pugsley 🐾

  I’ve been with Bishopton Vets since 1996 using various branches. I love when Sariah is on reception ( local lass) not only cares for my pets, but always has time for the owners, shows such genuine empathy with every situation, never judgmental. An all round good person. Keep up the good work! Keep that mop handy when my yorkie visits. Thank you for going above and beyond Sariah .
