  I took my childhood rabbit in for an operation, but sadly he unexpectedly passed away due to a tumour we didn’t know about. I was completely heartbroken and in shock. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness they showed me. They gave me all the time I needed to sit with him and say goodbye, and two of the vets were absolute angels. They sat with me, comforted me, and reassured me that I had done everything right and had been a wonderful owner to him. Their compassion meant more than I can say. The receptionists was incredibly kind and understanding. I was never rushed and was given the space to grieve while feeling completely supported. Thank you for the beautiful card and for taking such good care of my boy. Although it was the hardest day, I take comfort in knowing he was surrounded by such caring people. Thank you for caring for my Theodore🤍

  I recently switched to Beechwood Vets Temple House and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care my cat, Socks, has received. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are so warm, welcoming, and kind, which makes such a difference during what can be a stressful time. A special thank you to Barbara, who has been absolutely amazing. She took the time to really get to the bottom of what was causing Socks’ pain, kept me updated every step of the way, and carried out her surgery with such care and compassion. I felt completely reassured the whole time and knew Socks was in the very best hands. I would highly recommend this vet to family and friends. It’s also really helpful that they offer Carefree Credit, which makes things a little less worrying if you need help spreading the cost of a large bill. Thank you for taking such lovely care of Socks 🐾

  This company is absolutely ridiculous. They told me my cat had to be put down due to her having stomach cancer.. made me book in an appointment to put her down and all for them to turn around and say that she doesn’t have cancer and they never told me she had… I’m sorry but if any owner in their right mind has been told their pet has stomach cancer I’m pretty friggin sure they will remember . Anyways, I ended up spending around 2/3k on all these different procedures and checks due to me being so scared of losing her. But at the end.. no cancer… apparently they never said it. Reading all these comments it seems like the workers at this practice, diagnose our pets incorrectly to pocket themselves more money. I’ve read countless of reviews on here claiming their animals have been diagnosed incorrectly or prices being extortionate. Anyways everyone Holly house is where it’s at. I’ve changed. It’s time you do the same.

  We as a family are absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, compassion and care provided by beechwood vets at a time of great shock and sadness of the passing of our beloved family bichon, Jazz. We were extremely upset by the way we were treated at another vets in which they turned us away unable to treat her and saying they brought in another surgeon which was an inconvenience for them when she was extremely poorly, near passing and were totally unprofessional showing no basic empathy or respect. We then rang beechwood vets in which we were on the phone to immediately greeted by the amazing receptionist whom was totally empathetic and talked us through the whole process of euthanasia putting us at ease. She was able to move appointments to fit us in. When we arrived, we were taken immediately into the quiet room in which we were able Say our last goodbyes. The vet talked us through the whole process making sure we were as comfortable as possible during this hard time. Afterwards, we recieved a lovely card and forget me not seeds from the team at beechwood vets . We cannot Thankyou enough, From the Johnson family 💗

  Very pleasant surgery which is always very clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my. vet who I've been seeing for many years with my many dogs. I trust him to give me the correct advice and treat my pet efficiently and kindly.
