  A no nonsense approach to dealing with your pet. Very easy to arrange repeat prescriptions, and the reception staff are lovely. Carparking can be tight,make sure you check your car in at reception on the counter computer.

  I have being taking my Pet Dog to The Animal Trust for a couple of years now and Highly Recommended them. Staff are Always Polite and Friendly. The Vets are very Professional and informative. A phone call was given after my Pet Gus had been in Surgery and the vet took his time to explain everything about the operation and put my mind at ease. Thank you to All the Staff at The Animal Trust for taking care of Gus

  Easy to book an appointment for our puppy’s first vaccination. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, the waiting room had water and food for both cats and dogs. We didn’t have to wait too long before we were called too. The VA and vet were friendly and professional and really put us and our Dackel at ease. Our pup did not feel her injection the vet was so gentle. A really good experience and we cannot thank the team at Failsworth enough.

  We’ve been using Animal Trust in Failsworth (Manchester) for several years now, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, from the amazing reception team right through to all of the vets. Both of my dogs genuinely feel at ease visiting this practice. I would like to give a special thank you to Georgina. She is amazing with our dog Bear, who is very wary of new people. She always makes us feel at ease, explains everything clearly so we fully understand, and always goes out of her way to build a connection with him. It’s reassuring to know he is receiving the best possible care and building trust whilst attending the vets. I feel confident he is in safe hands.
