The girls always make Cas feel extremely welcome and it makes coming to the vet an easy experience for all involved. He is always happy making friends but never feels nervous or anxious about being at the vet which is a huge bonus!

The vet and rest of the team is excellent, remembers my cat even after nearly a year (since last visit), very friendly and did a thorough checkup. She is excellent, super knowledgable, very kind and friendly, quick with vaccinations, knows how to handle animals so their stress is limited, and is just generally a great bet. My cat likes her and so do I!

Male Vet was not helpful dint look me in the eye hole time through my dogs check up which lasted about 60 seconds. Was a complete waste of time going. Its is a shame because all the female vets I have seen have been brilliant.

Walked in and was asked if I was "through from Aberdeen?" I was still in Aberdeen, very pretentious!! Over priced also, pet given medication that she didn't necessarily need, leaving me with a bill that simply couldn't be paid. Just can't get over the whole Aberdeen thing, it just put me and everyone I've told about it since, right off!
