I have been to the vets 3 times now since moving back to wales 3 months ago and had to move vets due to appalling treatment but I shall not name them. Got recommended Abbey vets by family and friends, and I have to say, that I have genuinely had the best experience each visit. Very quick to get into our appointment, and have also managed to fit us in last minute before. Treated my kittens with compassion and care! All staff were lovely, and the receptionist I spoke to was lovely and had a nice conversation with me about moving back to Wales and University. 5 star service!

My dog was taken ill whilst we were on holiday staying near Abergavenny. I was able to make an appointment for the same day. The vet and reception staff were very kind and thorough including sending through consultation notes to our own vet so they could update his records. We came away with appropriate meds & treatment for what I considered to be a charge which was very good value. I was extremely relieved to be able to access this care and support whilst away from home.

Abbey Vets have always shown amazing care with my pets. My cat, Mavis, had a booster vaccination along with a general health check. All was well (with a hiss or two from Mavis!). I can thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.
