  Ivan is a truly wonderful vet my husband had been with his veterinary pratice over 20 years until a mis communication over where our cats ashes went and they charged me 27 pounds for a clip of my cats fur the place where we always take our cats does a fur clipping for nothing so when I went in to collect our cats ashes I was confused when they said there was 27 pound owing on the bill I said my husband fully paid it over the phone and they said no its for the fur clipping I said the private pet cremation place doesnt charge for fur clipping and then found out they didnt send her to who id asked for And they even got her dates wrong on the plaque and they ordered a new plaque with the right details his wife said you wont get the plaque until the 27 pound is paid and they chucked us of the books al his wife's doing vile women all this from a miss communication sad it ended how it did just dont cross them and you should be fine

  Great vets. Small and friendly. Ivan and all the staff are really helpful and accommodating. My only criticism is that the waiting room can be an issue, especially if you have people with difficult pets, but again, the staff are really understanding and helpful and do what they can to ensure the safety of all visitors.

  I have nothing to say short of incredible ❤️ We had to take our beautiful boy Chewwy 🐈 to be put to sleep today & whilst it was heartbreaking, Ivan could not have made it more peaceful or been more thoughtful. EVERYONE there was amazing and so kind. Your worth your wait in gold. And the cost, unbelievably reasonable. Thankyou ❤️ Ruth & Dan xxxx

  Having had to take our little dog Baillie here a number of times over the last week,We cannot thank Ivan & his team enough for the excellent care they have given him. It was very upsetting to see Baillie in so much pain but he was treated exceptionally well & is now on the mend. Ivan is a very calm,caring person & all of his team are very caring & helpful.Thank you all so much,we are very grateful to you for helping Baillie to get better & cannot recommend you all highly enough.

  I have kindly been asked to say a massive thank you to the Aardvark Veterinary Clinic team, on Wednesday my wife and family had to have their 15 year old shih Tzu "Milly" put to sleep and the team were fantastic and supportive. So thank you from my wife and her family 🙏💕❤️ also a special thank you too Ivan on how gentle and careful you were with her and how caring you and your team are.
