  We needed to take a dog who we were minding that was unwell. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The vet who treated him was thorough and thankfully the little fella started feeling better after treatment.

  I have two dogs who are both at Woolton vets, one of them is a 5 yo American XL bully who I was initially terrified to take to the vets because of her breed but the amount of people that were telling me how wonderful Woolton vets are and how welcoming everybody there is, I decided to sign them up and since then I have told absolutely everyone with a pet to sign them up to Woolton vets! My French bull dog loves going there she's drained on the way home from all the excitement. And nobody has ever made us feel uncomfortable with our XL who unfortunately has cropped ears. Five star service always. Every single staff member is so so lovely, welcoming and chatty✨

  The whole team at Woolton Vets go above and beyond. They listen, they reassure and they look after your pets like their own. Special shoutout to the reception team who answer my many messages promptly 😂 Also special mention to vet Alex who has been on our behaviour journey with Dio. She is always so helpful and understanding even when it’s been tough. Dio loves all the staff really even though sometimes he’s a crank 😂 Wouldn’t go anywhere else

  The team at Woolton vets looked after our gorgeous baby Missy with so much compassion, kindness and support (for both Missy and humans!). We were given simple but thorough explanations throughout her care. We had to make the unfortunate decision to put Missy to sleep last Friday, now she’s with her boyfriend Nacho 🌈. But an awful day was made as best as it could be thanks to the thoughtful and attentive staff who listened to us and helped us make a plan we were content with. We would highly recommend Woolton vets for an experience from people who are incredibly knowledgable and went above and beyond our expectations

  These are the best vets I have ever come across. Their membership plan was perfect for my little rescue cat Pumpkin and gave me peace of mind that she was getting all the preventative care she needed. It was during one of her bi-annual check ups that the vet noticed a small hernia which again they were able to sort out for her quickly and with great care before it turned into a bigger issue. Honestly while we have been in the area she has been fortunate to have the better healthcare out of the two of us, and we will both be very sorry to have to find somewhere else now that we are moving away.
