We recently had to take our beagle in for an emergency procedure after he managed to eat an entire peach, which required an endoscopy to remove it. From the first call with Charlotte at reception through to collecting him with Karl, our experience at Wolfe Vet Fulham was excellent. Every member of the team was calm, kind and acutely aware of how stressful it is when your dog is facing a health issue. The situation was explained clearly and thoroughly, including the risks, the procedure itself and what to expect afterwards. We felt informed at every stage, never rushed, and genuinely supported. It makes a significant difference to be treated not just as a case, but as worried owners who care deeply about their little companion. We are very grateful for the professionalism and empathy shown throughout, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was feeling anxious and upset when I visited the practice recently but I really should not have worried! I was met by a young lady ( I think her name was Charlotte?) She was so calm, and compassionate and really put me at ease - this is what you call a good customer experience - I don’t normally write reviews but the professional and calm service I received, made such a difference to me. The whole team at Wolfe are amazing. Outstanding clinical skill with genuine empathy, never rushing clients and always taking time to help on a one to level. Thoughtful follow-ups and clear communication set them apart and inspire real trust, loyalty and gratitude. A big big five stars from me.

The 24 hour care that Wolfe Fulham provides is both invaluable and a standard apart from most other veterinary services. The experienced and dedicated staff took care of my dog in the days before Christmas, in the most acute circumstances, and whilst I was sadly far away. In previous years (with another dog), I was not able to find that level of professional staff, 24 hour care/facilities, and the latest equipment anywhere nearby. Without them, I know Christmas would not have been the same. I am so grateful that both the emergency hospital and the regular everyday care of Wolfe vets are here in West London.

Wolfe vets have been taking care of our cats for over a year now and we are delighted with the care our fur babies get. One of our cats recently had to undergo a surgery and she was spoilt by Angela - this gave us such peace of mind when we could not be with our cat
