Truly cannot recommend Pickles more. Ziggy is a very anxious boy, and the entire team are nothing less than incredible with him. They’re patient, put him and his needs first & are so accommodating and understanding. Not only is life stressful for Ziggy at times, it can be for me too & the team are so so kind to us both. Dr Emily & Siobhan have been phenomenal and I cannot sing their praise enough. Thank you - you are all the best!
Read on Google →I have a really reactive dog and it is an absolute pleasure visiting Pickles. The lay out of the waiting room is so well thought out. The front of office staff couldn’t be more welcoming and the vets are just fabulous. I highly recommend them. Independent vets all the way I say!
Read on Google →I’m a vet nurse myself, and working in a practice without dentistry. When my little man needed his teeth sorted, I looked to Rory and the team. The whole experience was seamless, the care was exceptional and my cat’s wellbeing was top priority. I was kept in the loop all day and involved in decision making. Thank you to the whole Pickles team
Read on Google →Amazing vets - always friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and experienced. The callback service means you don’t have to wait ages on hold on the phone for an appointment, and they can always fit us in if we need an unexpected last minute appointment. My dog has intense vet anxiety - Pickles offers ‘cuddle consults’ where we can come in and just interact with a member of staff in a friendly way, so they play with Gigi and give her cuddles and love as part of a programme to try and get her comfortable with the vet. This is all included in our membership too! Just a wonderful experience, would highly recommend
Read on Google →I took my cat Cali in today for his yearly checkup and booster, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Rory Cowlam — who looked after him — was incredibly sweet, kind, and gentle … exactly what Cali needed, as he was very nervous. He didn’t even flinch when he received his booster shot, which says a lot about how calm and reassuring Dr. Rory was. He was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend helpful products for my cat’s dental care, then promptly followed up by email just as he’d promised. The whole process — from booking to appointment — was quick and easy. No long three-week waits just to be seen, which is such a relief. Pickles Vets truly offer a wonderful service. I especially appreciate their yearly membership, which includes boosters and all standard services (with medications being the only extra cost). It gives me real peace of mind. Highly recommend!
