Sat waiting for an hour in reception. My dog certainly wasn’t happy and he became very anxious around the other dogs that were also waiting. We won’t be in hurry to go back and may even think of an alternative vet’s. I understand people/businesses run behind, but you have secretaries etc and a quick text message could have been sent to inform the people that had appointments so we could have turned up a little later. Our dog was unsettled all night.

Spoke to the lady on emergency call (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) late Tuesday 23/6 into Wednesday 24/6 re our rabbit, she could not have been more helpful and patient both times we spoke to her. Her advice was spot on. He is fine now and we are very grateful for her help and support 🙂 If you read this, thank you ☺️

Ted visited the vets for his annual booster injections. Being a silly spaniel he always enjoys his visits! Vet as usual was very professional but very caring with your pet. Many thanks.
